The talent gap continues to outpace innovation, and hiring is at the core of influencing whether a company sinks or swims. Job development (and placements) are core to creating a healthy, stable economy. It’s no wonder dozens of new HRTech companies are lifting off the ground, even when the market experiences a ‘slump’. Unfortunately, while investment in technology continues, we are lacking in products and services that invest directly in the people using that technology. To solve the talent gap we need to amplify the role of HR and specifically the role of recruitment. We’re doing this by building a community for you, the recruiter, and your leaders.

In February, 2022 we attracted over 300 applications from founders, recruiters, and people leaders eager to learn, share and grow. Our initial cohort brought in 50 of the brightest minds in talent acquisition to connect through online and in-person experiences.
