  • We are industry agnostic as we believe every company is a tech company; no matter the company size, seismic shifts in digital transformation are applicable to all hiring teams.

    Most recruiting teams operate like startups due to the shifting nature of the labour market and the growing list of tools to source and close talent.

    That being said, you’ll mostly meet folks hiring in tech, VC, or startup land, globally.

  • We are non-hierarchical. We recognize leadership as a trait, not a title. We craft a mix of seniority between mid-senior-executive level recruitment professionals to foster mentoring relationships and mitigate blind-spots in conversations.

    You may meet founders, heads of talent, CPOs, VC Talent Partners, Senior and Intermediate recruiters and their leaders.

  • If you are hiring or influencing the hiring function with your work at a senior level, we would love to hear from you! You could be a program manager, chief of staff, head of recruiting operations, or someone with an obscure title managing talent pipelines or a significant part of the process.

    We are open to VC, agency, and in-house recruitment professionals so long as you respect our strict rules around ZERO solicitation. Your main goal must to learn, share, and grow. Client relationships must occur organically and unsolicited pitching will not be tolerated. 70% of our community is in-house recruiters and talent leaders.

  • We take our time reviewing your LinkedIn history so do your best to update your LinkedIn and the application should be pretty straightforward!

    We have a few qualifying questions to ensure you are working in talent acquisition in a meaningful capacity. We also want to get to know your goals and how we can best assist you. Not everyone is a fit and we’ll honest about why and if there’s steps you can take to reapply.
